These terms and conditions set forth the terms and conditions under which Jackpotmembers provides you access to giveaways, and govern your use of our website located at jackpotmembers.com (the Site), the Jackpotmembers Members platform made available through the Site (the Software), and the information, content, features, and services provided through the Site (together with the Software, collectively, the Service).

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, OR THE PURCHASE OF ONE OF OUR MEMBERSHIPS, SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THEM, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT JACKPOTMEMBERS MAKES FROM TIME TO TIME.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site or the Service. Jackpotmembers may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site, and you agree that you will be bound by any changes. Jackpotmembers may make changes to the Site and/or the Service at any time. You understand that Jackpotmembers may discontinue or restrict your use of the Site and/or the Service for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

1. Privacy Policy
By purchasing a membership, using our platform, or entering one of our giveaways, you represent that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy in addition to these terms and conditions. Jackpotmembers may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and new versions will be posted on the Site. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or the Service.

2. The Services
The Jackpotmembers Site is a membership rewards platform that offers its members discounts at leading brands across the international region. Members get access to a member’s dashboard where they can use the available discounts, manage their payments according to their chosen package, and update details as needed.

Jackpotmembers reserves the right to add, change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service, in its sole discretion, at any time. Your use of the Site and/or the Service, including the availability of new services through the Site, shall be subject to these terms and conditions. In addition, Jackpotmembers may impose limits on any portion of the Service or restrict your access to portions of or the entire Site without notice or liability.

3. Support
Jackpotmembers supports all registered and official Business Partners of the Jackpotmembers Network in the international region. To become a registered partner, please go to bit.ly/jackpotmembers.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
By purchasing a membership or a one-time package for our rewards platform, you are providing support to the Jackpotmembers brand. It is important to note that memberships and one-time packages purchased during a promotional period or giveaway are non-refundable.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under relevant consumer law. For major failures, you are entitled to:

If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service. Refunds or rectifications cannot be given for reasons such as change of mind, not following instructions, or misunderstanding details.

5. Account Registration
To use certain portions of the Site and Service, you will be required to register on the Site and create a user profile or account (Account). Eligibility is limited to persons 18 years of age or older.

As part of the registration process, you may be asked to submit your name, address, email address, and/or similar information, and to select a password. You agree that all information you provide to Jackpotmembers for purposes of creating an account (Registration Information) will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that failure to provide such information shall constitute a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in the immediate termination of your Account. You shall:
(i) promptly update your Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete; and
(ii) maintain the confidentiality of your password.

In creating an Account, you shall not:
(a) select or use the email address or username of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;
(b) use a name subject to the rights of any other person without authorization;
(c) use an email address or username that is profane, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate; or
(d) allow any other party to use your Account and/or password except as set forth herein.

You may not share or transfer any Account. You may not disclose your password to anyone. You agree to immediately notify support@jackpotmembers.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You understand and agree that you shall be liable for all activities that occur under any Account created for your use, even if such activities were not committed by you. Jackpotmembers is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

Jackpotmembers employees, directors, managers, and their respective immediate family members (parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings, and children) or any other person residing in the same household as a Jackpotmembers employee, director, or manager may not win the offered giveaways.

6. Termination of Account
You understand and agree that you have no ownership rights in your Account and Jackpotmembers may stop offering the Service at any time. Further, Jackpotmembers may cancel your Account, delete all of your Registration Information and any other information you have provided through the Site (collectively, User Content) associated with your Account at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, your violation of these terms and conditions. Jackpotmembers will not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from the removal of any User Content from the Site and/or the Service.

To cancel your account, please log in to your Jackpotmembers web portal at jackpotmembers.com and navigate to the membership section. Click the designated button and follow the prompts. Kindly note that all loyalty memberships are non-refundable. If a payment has recently been processed, it will not be eligible for a refund. You may proceed with the cancellation at the conclusion of the current billing period.

7. One-Off Membership Packages and Loyalty Memberships
Customers may select either a one-time package or become a monthly Loyalty Member to access the Jackpotmembers Platform. All relevant information can be found here: jackpotmembers.com/membership-terms-conditions/

8. Termination of Loyalty Membership
Upon canceling your loyalty membership (which can be done by logging into your Jackpotmembers web portal, heading to the Membership section, clicking the cancel button, and following the prompts), you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your subscription. You will be removed from all future payments linked to that plan and will forfeit any bonus accumulated entries for all future promotional giveaways. There are no refunds on loyalty memberships. If a payment has recently been made, please cancel your membership at the end of the billed period.

To be removed from our mailing or text lists, please use the associated unsubscribe links (managed by third parties). Terminating your loyalty membership alone will not remove you from these lists.

If your account fails to pay, there will be 4 automatic attempts made to bill it. The system will attempt to bill your account every 5 days (a 20-day grace period) from the initial payment failure. On the 4th and final attempt, if there are insufficient funds, your subscription will be terminated, and your loyalty streak will be lost.

If you cancel your subscription, reactivation is not possible for that same plan. All accumulated history for that subscription will be lost. To continue, please follow the instructions in the notification emails provided or log in to the member’s dashboard and update your banking details.

If your account is canceled, you can sync your last active entry history by creating a new subscription within 30 days of cancellation. Only the most recent active subscription will be synced. If there are multiple cancellations, the previous entry history will not be included beyond 30 days from the current active subscription.

Please note that the system only allows for 4 attempts, including any manual attempts by the user to charge the account.

9. Use of Site and Service
You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the Site or Service, violate any applicable law or regulation. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

Furthermore, you may not use the Site to develop, generate, transmit, or store information that is defamatory, harmful, abusive, obscene, or hateful; obstructs or interferes with another person’s use of the Site or Service; constitutes unsolicited commercial communication; harasses or violates privacy; is harmful to children; violates any law; makes false, misleading, or deceptive statements about Jackpotmembers; or constitutes phishing, pharming, or impersonation of any person.

You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any information from the Site without authorization, intercept communications, or use any bot, spider, virus, or similar code that is designed to provide unauthorized access to or damage the Site or Software. All comments, feedback, suggestions, or other submissions (Comments) that you submit become our exclusive property. We reserve the right to disclose your Content or Comments for legal reasons or to protect our property and rights.

The Site and Service are operated by Jackpotmembers in the international region. Those who choose to access the Site or Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10. Third-Party Products, Services, and Discounts
Third-party services, content, information, and products may be made available by Jackpotmembers on or through the Site. They are provided solely for the benefit of our paid members. Jackpotmembers makes no representations or warranties regarding such third-party offerings and assumes no liability for them. They are subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Hyperlinks
Links from the Site. The Site may contain links to other websites. Jackpotmembers is not responsible for their content, and such links do not imply endorsement by Jackpotmembers. Use them at your own risk.

Links to the Site. You may not place a link to our Site on another website without our prior written consent. The link must not damage our goodwill or create the false appearance of sponsorship or affiliation. Jackpotmembers reserves the right to revoke consent at any time.

12. Jackpotmembers Intellectual Property
The interfaces, content, arrangement, and layout of the Site, including any trademark, logo, text, artwork, graphics, images, and other materials, are the property of Jackpotmembers and protected under applicable laws. By visiting the Site, you do not gain any license or right to use them.

13. Representations and Warranties of Members
Participants represent and warrant that they shall not contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor, or partner of Jackpotmembers to manipulate contest results.

14. Giveaway Disclaimers
By becoming a member or customer of Jackpotmembers, you agree to enter the Contest and further agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be resolved individually without any form of class action. Any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, and you waive all rights to claim punitive or consequential damages.

Jackpotmembers is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from access, use, or malfunction of the Site, or participant’s participation in the Contest. Jackpotmembers reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering or abusing the Contest. If the Contest is compromised by unauthorized intervention or other causes, Jackpotmembers may suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

15. Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Agreement
1. Introduction
This Agreement governs the Affiliate’s participation in the Jackpotmembers Affiliate Program, where the Affiliate promotes Jackpotmembers’ membership services in exchange for compensation.

2. Affiliate Obligations and Conduct
The Affiliate agrees to use lawful means to promote Jackpotmembers’ services. The Affiliate must not make misleading representations about Jackpotmembers. Compensation is based on active subscriptions tracked via unique links or codes. Should referrals experience net decline for 3 months or be deemed unsatisfactory, no invoice may be issued.

3. Tracking and Compensation
The Affiliate will earn compensation based on subscriptions attributable to their efforts. Specific rates are detailed in separate documentation. This program is offered to a limited number of affiliates in collaboration with our team.

4. Intellectual Property
The Affiliate is granted a revocable right to use Jackpotmembers’ trademarks, logos, and materials solely for promotion under this Agreement.

5. Non-Compete and Confidentiality
The Affiliate shall not promote or engage in services in competition with Jackpotmembers during and for a defined period after this Agreement. They shall not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the international region, and disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotional activities and return or destroy confidential information.

8. Restrictive Covenant
The Affiliate agrees to certain non-solicitation and non-competition terms protecting Jackpotmembers’ goodwill and client relationships.

9. Confidential Information
Contractors and affiliates must keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information received from Jackpotmembers. This includes trade secrets, technical data, financial statements, and similar data.

10. Intellectual Property and Moral Rights
All Intellectual Property created during or arising from this relationship vests in Jackpotmembers. The contractor/affiliate consents to any act that may otherwise infringe Moral Rights under relevant copyright laws.

11. Acceptance
By joining the Program, the Affiliate agrees to and is bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
